I usually workout around 45 mins after I wake up at 2-3 pm since I usually work a 7pm - 7 am night schedule 3 x a week, plus the gym is always empty at this time which is great, I got like 3 cannisters of powdered Piracetam, which is expired as of a year ago lol, but everything I read online said it should still be good, just a little less potent, if anything
So today I did leg/ab day, and took 5 g of piracetam stacked with my preworkout Dr Jekyll.
Workout just in case you were intersted was:
Pistol Squats 2 x 6 each leg
Single leg press outer angle 3 x 10
Single Leg Press inner angle 2 x 10
RDL 4 x 12, 10, 8, 6
Barbell Rear Lunge 2 x 10
Front Squat 3 x 12, 10, 8
Leg Press 3 x 12, 10, 8
8 sets of calf raises
Hanging leg raises 3 x 9
Cable Crunches 4 x 12
T bar torso rotation 3 x 8 each side
So as far as effects: I actually noticed it kick in pretty quickly, at the beginning of my workout I was much more in my own world so to say when working out, easily able to block out the outside world on some lightweight adderall shyt lol. I was able to focus a little bit more on the muscles contracting when doing my sets, and also found myself able to push myself to push a few extra reps when the going got rough. The focus I felt kinda faded around 45 minutes in probably due to fatigue, but Im definitely gonna try it again for the next few days to see if what I felt was real or just placebo. Unfortunately it tasted like complete shyt tho lol.
