EC pre workout they both get you goin sir. Water life is the way to go, but if you slip up optimize those 'zero' drinksIts not a preworkout. I'm on that ec right now. All day, errday.

Took only a week to ween myself off of em. Just copped some natural optimum whey to completely remove artificial sweeteners from my intake.
