So a couple weeks ago I drove by this Life Time Athletic gym in West Des Moines (rich part of town). This gym looked big and clean as fukk from the outside I was like :datazz: just looking at the parking lot

Its an hour from my house but I decided to check it out today. $35 for a day pass:wtf:

I paid though. This gym was:mindblown:. 6 tennis courts and 2 pools. The biggest selection of cardio/weight equipment I have seen to date. 6 dedicated squat racks with attached deadlift platforms. Some interesting machines and plenty of duplicates of the popular stuff

The locker room was:banderas:. Polished marble everywhere, a massive amount of lockers, free toiletries like toothbrushes and razors and shave cream and towels and everything else. The hot tub was huge and the steam room pumped menthol into it and I was like:lawd:

Plus they had a cafe too....I'm gonna make the trip once or twice a month and spend like 5 hours there

I have to start working out at 3:30am :scust:

Working at night is killing me brehs :sadbron:

Random question but doesn't anyone experience runners itch :lupe:

It's the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life brehs .
Basically my legs start itching then works up to my butt, stomach and arms .

It feels like someone lit a match on my skin .

I've read up and it's not always due to inactivity some folks say they work out on a regular and some are small as 130lbs and still get these symptoms .

I can't run for shyt with this pain but on the elliptical I'm good :dahell:

Stairs :sadcam:

Worst pain ever wouldn't wish this shyt on anyone :mjcry:

I know exactly what you're talking about. I used to get this running after being inactive for a few weeks. I read that it's because blood is running/circulating through your body/fat that is making you itchy. I used to stretch to get my body loose then just increased the speed once I start to feel it. It took like 5 minutes of straight intense cardio for it to go away. The worst 5 minutes ever :mjcry:

Are you still having this problem?

I just googled it and they have one 30 minutes away from me. I'm looking at the pictures and this place looks like gym goers dream. I don't know how else to describe it. I going to have to check it out before the end of the year.
