havent touched weights in 3 months, but i finally got back in there today :wow:

just thought id pop off a deadlift to check things out, was able to do 265 3x5 without too much of an issue. Hopefully ill be back up to the 300's soon :aicmon:

theres nutrient specific macros for what spliff does tho

his refeeds are 300g+ carbs whereas cut days are 50g

that UD2 is no joke

Law school is taking a huge toll on my diet and my will to exercise. Now I understand why every lawyer I see is fat. Always eating on the run or snacking while working. :mjpls:

i need a new split.. school is killing my workouts so I can't take the weekends off anymore. I'mma start working out Saturday and Sunday's but idk what days to take off.. Suggestions?
