I think we know the answer fam.......I can't tell if this is based on building muscle from going to the gym on Tuesday (back/shoulders), Wednesday(legs), and today(arms), or the fat from the two junior bacon cheeseburgers, baked potato, spicy nuggets from Wendy's and honey Chipotle chicken crispers, Texas cheese fries, and blue long island i had from chili's. But my scale isn't supposed to look like that.
Agenda for tomorrow:
Wake up
Eat breakfast
Go to the gym and spend atleast a half hour on every single different cardio machine.
Pass out on the floor mat from exhaustion.
Go home
Eat
Fall asleep
Repeat on Sunday if scale still incorrect or belly still too big.
