lol @ napoleons. fukk, i'm average height and most dudes in the gym are on that 5'5 5'6 tip. i mean really, is the stereotype that obvious? i was even a bit disappointed at first. should've known better.

Special K protein plus cereal is awesome. I should have grabbed another box. I may start using it for snacks and its underam 20.

Lol at me finding a frozen pizza less than 20 and nearly shedding tears of joy.

i need a better grip for deadlifts aswell, my back is getting stronger but i dont really feel my grip improving...i already use gloves and switch grip

had a good 4 weeks of slacking on the gym due to working 12+ hours day at my bullshyt job. quit, and im back on that 6 day a week tip now.

did legs last friday and they are still sore today :sadbron:

3.9 miles (if Map My Run is accurate), 33.51 minutes

I wish I knew how accurate that site was. If nothing else I ran that distance (or whatever it truly is) in 33.09 this morning.

bulgarian split squats :ohlawd: if u bring your knee all the way to the floor, pause and then explode up. ohhh my gawd. no weights needed.

Eating right now about to head to the gym in a few. Gotta question tho:
On days you Don't workout (lift) what do you do? Do you.actually relax or do you do small exercises? I normally do 200 pushups and 150 situps on my days off.

Oh and some shyt i noticed. I noticed that I don't feel as sore post-workout since I've started the circuit lifting but i feel so much stronger.
