the restaurant at my gym had some lunch baked pasta special cooking up right as i got there to do my fasted leg workout :ohlawd::to::whew::sadbron:

Gold's Gym...? :ohhh:my gym only goes up to 125lbs.
no i have dumbbell bars at home. I slap three 25's on each side, the bar itself weighs 5-6lbs...

rest the db on the floor between reps so all your energy goes into the pull.
