I guess sometimes you gotta scale it back. Because when I went heavy for leg did something to my left hip and the next week not adjusting to that was a huge mistake. It seems mostly happens with any type of quad stuff like squats & lunges. I can still do my postieror stuff like kettle bell swings, hip thrusts and deads so its all good.
Plus it has been feeling better the last two weeks since cutting off squats and lunges. Hopefully I can get get to be doing BW squats, so I can ease myself back into my old routine by Thanksgiving maybe.
