I'm back at it I just moved to Hawaii last month so I been out the gym I went this morning I work out at a UFC gym here so I might take classes THE offer for bjj and boxing but I forgot to weigh myself but I got a little gut in my abs so I plan on losing that and getting at least to a great 210 to 220 before this wedding in January

@The ADD what's the word man you know any good cardio workouts the weather is perfect to run here and they have a lot of hiking spots

Trying to figure out what changes to make to my routine moving forward. Been doing the typical bodybuilding thing (straight sets, 8-12 reps, etc) for about 10 years now (I'm 28) and I'm starting to get bored with it. Been wanting to go for a more lean and athletic build moving forward. Emphasizing more HIIT and high rep supersets for resistance training to get my overall endurance up.

My cardio usually consist of ropes, sleds, sprints, etc.

If I had that weather I would probably do a 1-2 shorter sprint sessions a week and a hike. Getting out and walking is crazy underrated.

Just had my longest deload in 4 years....stress and time related, not by choice. Work and marriage issues:shaq2:

Got back in the gym today and had a decent push workout. Didn't have a ton in me which was expected but felt good to get back in there

I just hope I can get in gym at least 3 days a week until this rough period ends for me

you just gotta force yourself to show up...even if its a half assed workout, and your diet is trash.

the last 3 or 4 months were like that for me.
