There is an option there of a "free induction" which I should have taken advantage of. What prompted you to lose weight so quickly?I just want to tone up. I'm very thin already and my metabolism is super fast. I've lost a ton of weight recently and my only fear is losing more. What prompted you to lose weight so quickly?
"Tone up" is a pejorative in the fitness world. It sounds like you want to build some muscle. I know that sounds scary, but building muscle does NOT mean becoming big and manly. You need to do a couple of things:
- Hit every muscle group 2-3x a week (a full body workout that many times a week should be fine)
- Make strength gains over time (be able to do more weight for the same number of reps)
- Learn how to eat (track daily calories & protein)
- Gain weight in a controlled manner (muscle = weight; you will probably hit your ideal around 140-150lbs)
It's a lot to learn but once you get your head around it all it becomes second nature.
it will be hard because my fitness level isnt the best, but I'm willing to give it my all.
