Slow overhead press is brutal. Really brings the abs and traps in. the middle back takes a pounding too. Bumped the weight down to 160 from 190 and focused on feeling each part of the movement.

Come on fam u are smarter than that. Heal up thoHad to make the dreaded shopping trip to buy a heating pad today. fukked my back up real good yesterday deadlifting. I chose not to listen to my body and tried to push through some soreness during my warmup and ended up straining it badly.
Can't even bend over far enough to lift up the toilet seat today. Gonna be a long few weeks of recovery. I'm gonna stay active though, last time I strained my back a few years ago it seemed to heal more quickly once I got back in the gym and did some cautious workouts
