I ment to say extra rest. I read that I'm suppose to add 5 to 10lbs(Plates) each workout and since my body wouldn't be use to working out I thought I would need extra rest. That's why I wanted to check in with y'all to see was it a good idea to work out 7days a week with 1 rest day

Again ur a beginner so its damn near impossible to over train your body the first few months regardless of the weight increase per week. Rest is always important but your 3 days of lifting and 3 days of cardio is perfectly fine. Just listen to your body.

Also it is very very very important to get a recovery drink to minimize soreness and recover faster especially if youre a beginner. The first two weeks are gonna be tough on your body so you wanna try to minimize the muscle tearing soreness that way u dont feel sluggish and discouraged to not work out due to soreness. Just a heads up

Started taking this preworkout called ESP. :whew: Don't know if it's in my head but I feel super focused and am pushing extra reps easily.

It's a trip too cause it only hits me when I lift, if I run or go to jiu-jitsu I don't feel anything.

Why are all pants either made for fat nikkas or skinny ass UNICEF kid Abercrombie model looking fakkits? :why:

I typically wear a 31 waist, which is already a pain in the ass to find, but I tried on three different fits of Levis (502, 541, and chino joggers) and I couldn't even get them on over my legs. :francis: I'd hardly consider my quads massive, but even the 34s were too tight around the legs. I also tried two different fits of Dockers (straight fit jean cut, athletic fit alpha khaki) and, while they fit a little better, I still had the same problem.

Are there any decent fits of pants for nikkas who actually have quads? I'm not trying to spend $150 on Barbell Apparel. :francis:
