Mon-Wed-Fri :5x5 ProgramYea that should be fine
No. Its basically impossible for a noob to overtrain. Most experienced lifters take months of extensive lifting and no rest before its considered over training. Hell even some lucky fukkers can get away with working out the same muscles 3 times a week.Mon-Wed-Fri :5x5 Program
Tue-Thu-Sat:Cardio
Sun-Rest Day. That's not over doing it for a Beginner?
But with the 5x5 program I'm Adding more weight each Week. So after about, lets say four weeks, my body wont need extra because of the increase weight? No. Its basically impossible for a noob to overtrain. If u look at them at home programs most of them are 6 on 1 off because its very hard to overtrain in a 90 day window

Extra what? But with the 5x5 program I'm Adding more weight each Week. So after about, lets say four weeks, my body wont need extra because of the increase weight?
In theory your body can pull the "extra" from your body fatBut with the 5x5 program I'm Adding more weight each Week. So after about, lets say four weeks, my body wont need extra because of the increase weight?
Gon tell emIn theory your body can pull the "extra" from your body fat
If you are not lean there is no reason to gain much weight to get stronger

RestExtra what?
I ment to say extra rest. I read that I'm suppose to add 5 to 10lbs(Plates) each workout and since my body wouldn't be use to working out I thought I would need extra rest. That's why I wanted to check in with y'all to see was it a good idea to work out 7days a week with 1 rest dayIn theory your body can pull the "extra" from your body fat

Ah.... yea that should still be fine, you are only lifting 3 days.... if your cardio is low impact it should be no problemI ment to say extra rest.
