Bullshytted on my cutting diet for a good 2 weeks and now Im 2 months behind:francis:.

For the past 2 weeks Ive been drinking a gallon of water a day and for the past week Ive been cutting on 2000-2100 cals, 200g protein, 150g carbs and 50g of fats. Dropping weight everyday. Currently at 210lbs. I was enjoying being more full when I was eating 200+ carbs couple weeks ago but I cant drop weight when i do that high.

Looking leaner. Once I get to about 205lbs Ima have to drop carbs to 125g probably. My weight loss usually stops around there. Trying to be a cut up 185 by april-may.

Funny thing was that like last week I was 222lb. 2 days on my diet I woke up at 213:russ:.

Eventho its thanksgiving im not fukking up my diet:hubie:.

All these folks at the gym on thanksgiving smh:martin:

Mon-Wed-Fri :5x5 Program
Tue-Thu-Sat:Cardio
Sun-Rest Day. That's not over doing it for a Beginner?
No. Its basically impossible for a noob to overtrain. Most experienced lifters take months of extensive lifting and no rest before its considered over training. Hell even some lucky fukkers can get away with working out the same muscles 3 times a week.

If u look at them at home programs most of them are 6 on 1 off because its very hard to overtrain in a 90 day window

But with the 5x5 program I'm Adding more weight each Week. So after about, lets say four weeks, my body wont need extra because of the increase weight?

In theory your body can pull the "extra" from your body fat

If you are not lean there is no reason to gain much weight to get stronger

I ment to say extra rest. I read that I'm suppose to add 5 to 10lbs(Plates) each workout and since my body wouldn't be use to working out I thought I would need extra rest. That's why I wanted to check in with y'all to see was it a good idea to work out 7days a week with 1 rest day

Ah.... yea that should still be fine, you are only lifting 3 days.... if your cardio is low impact it should be no problem
