A few workouts from breaking 400 (5 reps per set) on zercher squats. 390 went very smoothly last night, but I was still wiped out cause couldn't complete my set of 5 with 470 on deadlifts :bryan:

The agency and control the gym gives :wow: it's frustrating being a weak newbie but I know once I get stronger I'll easily be addicted

I can't be this weak and unaesthetic forever :wow:

Is anyone altering their workouts (doing more) to account for the time off during the holidays? I may start doing half of my daily workout routine at night to compensate.
I burnt through all my vacation time so it's regular shmegular for me. Didn't gain *too* much weight over Thanksgiving either and I have the home gym.

Long story short I got fat as f*** since april. Just laziness eating bad new job going out etc. I was averaging 3 days in the gym still. But nothing serious. I still got a muscular frame, but none of my clothes fit anymore.

So I started Palumbo Keto last Friday. I've done keto before. I know they say first cheat meal after 2 weeks. But how big of a difference is it if I just start off cheating after week 1?

Decided to rest/deload until New Years. I'm actually enjoying not going to the gym. :ahh:

I've been enjoying my conditioning work which is now just an hour of doing as many reps as possible of some compound movement. :ehh:

I did dumbbell rows with 105lbs and ended up getting 150 reps per side on Saturday. Abs still kinda sore

Lol the cheat meal is something you gotta look forward too right? So I was asking how bad/ or of there are any repercussions for starting your cheat meal after week 1 instead of week 2?
I would go as long as possible w/o a cheat meal. No swipes but you've been having cheat meals non stop since April.... you are overdrawn on that account :lolbron:

Plus if you choose and cook the food right you should be able to still have tasty food in a deficit. I think I had candy bars regularly during my last cut. I would personally pass on the paleo thing... food is food.

I been sick all week with a bad cold. Finally made my ass go the gym and long story short some deadlifts cured me :krs:

Only got up to 335 (still pretty good for me). But I'll take it!

I legit feel fine now and I felt like I got hit by a bus two hours ago.
