it's frustrating being a weak newbie but I know once I get stronger I'll easily be addicted
I burnt through all my vacation time so it's regular shmegular for me. Didn't gain *too* much weight over Thanksgiving either and I have the home gym.Is anyone altering their workouts (doing more) to account for the time off during the holidays? I may start doing half of my daily workout routine at night to compensate.

I would go as long as possible w/o a cheat meal. No swipes but you've been having cheat meals non stop since April.... you are overdrawn on that accountLol the cheat meal is something you gotta look forward too right? So I was asking how bad/ or of there are any repercussions for starting your cheat meal after week 1 instead of week 2?
