Its not that, I could just ignore it, but after last year I've learned my lesson.

Better to tend to little problems now instead of big problems later.
I have a weird thing where vertical pull motions aggravate my shoulders but pressing doesn't. I had shyt confused cause I superset bench with some kind of pull thing. You 100% it's from pressing?

Yea I'm pretty sure. I've been benching since I recovered from my first rotator cuff problems last Feb (corrected my form on bench and quit found shoulder presses).

I started feeling cocky and did dumbbell shoulder presses last week (I had been doing them for a few weeks prior but with light weight). Next thing you know, shoulders are hurting.

Is anyone altering their workouts (doing more) to account for the time off during the holidays? I may start doing half of my daily workout routine at night to compensate.
the 24th will be the last gym day of the year for me..final week of 2016 im chillin..currently working on a new exercise plan which i will start up on the second week of jan..the first week of the year will be doing light workouts acclimating myself for the new exercise plan
