I like running because of how it makes my glutes and calves look but there is one problem, I can't go more than half a mile before my ankles start burning. I've had this problem for a while and no one can help me. Stretching isn't the problem nor is any lack of vitamins. My knees don't give me any problems at all but my ankles feel like the bones are rubbing against each other and the pain is excruciating.
My only alternatives is walking on a treadmill on an incline or elliptical machine which I both hate cuz it's feels tedious and doesn't get my heart up like I want it to. What would you guys suggest?

Should be doing compound movements and HITT

Starting my ECA stack tomorrow.

Con(s):

  • DON'T take too much too frequently...I did three servings yesterday and had lower abdominal cramps like a motherfukker...I decided to switch it up today and I'm doing two servings, (6 am and 12 pm)
  • drink water and more water and after that, drink more water...this shyt will dry you out in a heartbeat...I went through 6.5 liters yesterday and did not feel bloated at all...if you live in a hot climate like me and/or have a physically active job then monitor yourself...your blood pressure goes up while on this shyt...(as with any thermogenic anyway)
  • *You will forget to eat...please remember to do this since your hunger is sent to Bolivia....I only ate about 1,680 cals yesterday and that's only because I had a sweet tooth last night and had a small piece of a coconut tart (200 cals approx.) I got a little over 160 grams of protein to eat...I ate very little carbs and fats..

Pro(s):

  • the strength!!! good fukking lord...I did 8 super sets of back squats (225 x 8 below parallel) and dips (bodyweight x 12-15) and was feeling like a god....the sweat was pouring when I went to hit my leg press, leg extension and leg curl circuit but I felt fantastic...by the time I hit arms everything just felt like my body was cranked to 15...its a little scary to be honest which is why I'm dialing it back a bit
  • the weight loss...nuff said...at this pace I'll hit 200 by the end of January.

I am 5'11 and pretty muscular...I used to eat heavy as fukk, but yall know what time it is. I think I'll look bigger at 190-200...maybe even 180s but no lower than that.

Jumping rope is just the GOAT cardio. Legs be pumped, shoulders and traps on fire, and most of all my heart sound like an AK47:tfarmer:
The only other thing I do is the elliptical and I only do it moderately at the end of my workouts if at all. Going against jump rope is like trying to reinvent the wheel

I wanna take stacks and other supplements, but I usually don't do it out of fear.
To be honest, if you're on an ECA stack you shouldn't be taking anything else outside of fish oil, whey and whatnot. No pre-workouts or anything else with caffeine or yohimbine. It's nothing to be fearful of...its not sterioids or some crazy shyt like that. It's the same as a fat burner in my opinion.

The catch is monitoring your tolerance to the shyt especially if its your first time. I know from my experience yesterday that 3 servings of that shyt is OD. I think 2 will be fine for me.

EDIT: plus your bf % is already low anyway...unless you're competing, I don't see why you would want to go lower.

Scared of a weight gainer? :jbhmm: you should return it and get the ingredients for one of my homemade weight gainers. :youngsabo:
I'm scared of all the side effects besides the weight gaining. I'm not afraid of the weight gain it's self. It's a "muscle builder". But I would like the ingredients to your homemade stuff. I took whey protein back in late 2015 and it had my stools hard as rocks, and I got hemorrhoids.

Since then I've been apprehensive about any and all supplements. I feel like I'd be at my target of 165(muscular) by now if I could take supplements.
