I like running because of how it makes my glutes and calves look but there is one problem, I can't go more than half a mile before my ankles start burning. I've had this problem for a while and no one can help me. Stretching isn't the problem nor is any lack of vitamins. My knees don't give me any problems at all but my ankles feel like the bones are rubbing against each other and the pain is excruciating.
My only alternatives is walking on a treadmill on an incline or elliptical machine which I both hate cuz it's feels tedious and doesn't get my heart up like I want it to. What would you guys suggest?
