What body fat you guys aiming for??
I'm around 13 % right now. I don't think I would ever go under 11%. I just lift for aesthetics and some functional strength. That super lean look is corny and let's be real 99% of the day you got a shirt on.

I just go by what I see in the mirror. I don't know my BF%, I just want my abs and veins to show.

My face has been getter now that Ive fixed my diet and switched to black soap. Still got improve the diet by getting in a wider variety of fruits and veggies. Also gotta stop picking my face :francis:
