Yea... unfortunately what makes it the best lift for the long head is what makes it dangerous on the elbow.... that crazy ass stretch. I think if I take my time and am careful with form I should be OK though.Cool stuff breh.
Sucks about those overhead tri extensions. That elbow pain must be a bytch.
