Is keto really as wavy as nikkas make it seem? I just been throwing stuff together

Oatmeal, egg whites with spinach and an apple for breakfast.

Lunch and dinner grilled chicken breasts, and broccoli.

Snacks:pumpkin seeds, peanuts, cashews, almonds, various fruit.

:francis:I'm trying to change here.

I tried it and I ended up binging..

I simply eat under 2000 calories(carbs/protein)and I examine my results..

Oatmeal/cashews/peanuts are forbidden on keto I think because it has to many carbs..

It works for some and not for others. Science wise it’s no more effective than any plan when calories are being limited.

The thing people miss is does it fit you training and life style........

Drop weight.

true. It's hard to fit worming out into my schedule right now.

All roads end at calories in and calories out
When I grasped that concept recently, it saved alot of overanalyzing..

You can eat 4 donuts a day and drop weight if you burn more than what you eat..wouldn't recommend for obvious reasons, but you catch the drift

If you get a mixture of carbs/protein/fat and you burn more than what you eat, you gonna drop weight and benefit body wise..

This. As soon as I stopped overthinking what type of food I ate and started focusing on how MUCH food I ate, the weight dropped pretty quickly.

I use knee sleeves for heavy squats because my knees are :flabbynsick:. I started using them after I tweaked my right knee about four years ago.

Haven't had any major knee issues since. :yeshrug:

Hanging leg raises :wow: I was missing some form cues when doing them before but I’ve got them now. So much tension is required to do them controlled and still keep the range of motion. Also need to tilt your hips upward a bit so you don’t hurt your lower back. Damn near blacked out a few times
