Man I damn near slapped myself today. I wasnt feeling good but I was like fukk it man I was supposed to do cardio Tuesday and didnt do it. Wednesday my knee was feeling really weird while I was stretching so I fell back but im like aight this is turning into too many excuses and just got it done. I feel so much better now:gucci:. fukk this lazy shyt

Anyone with experience making bone broths?
Yes wifey makes em all the time... I forget what the end product is called but we basically have frozen broth blocks in our freezer. Really adds to the flavor of pretty much anything meat based, just use the right broth for the right meat

The doms I had yesterday after taking two weeks off were the worst I’ve ever had. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such pain in my life like this :picard:

I took a 3 and a half month layoff from the gym and didn't lift again until last month after basically lifting 3-5 days a week for the past 2yrs. I swear I didn't think the doms I felt were humanly possible the next few days afterwards. Thighs didn't fully recover until almost a week later after squats.

I can’t believe I developed an eating disorder after I literally used to not understand it. It isn’t even tied to body image issues I just cannot force myself to eat three times a day. The sad part is I actually look my best with it so there’s no motivation to try to get out of it. My hourglass genuinely comes back.

That’s not an eating disorder

Well I shouldn’t diagnose but it feels like one. When I’m low I literally forget to eat or throw up everything. Is it because it’s unintentional or just a mild form of low appetite?

And @Waterproof my body has been through a lot-car accidents and falls esp. it’s disconnected from my nerves to the point where I have to take things to induce sleep and even Wanting to eat. Never been a big eater just mostly sedentary.

Hunger is so individualized it’s hard to say but throwing up shouldn’t be in the mix.

My doc always says there's nothing wrong that I just need to lose weight but the way my body reacts to food has always just led me to a bunch of trial and error literally.
