Same here. Turning up my cardio intensity and cleaning up the diet has seemed to help#setbacks - had a really bad June and gained weight, haven’t gained or lost in July but I need to correct this shyt. plus my arms looking

That’s my plan. I quit my job last week so I have no excuse for not eating right. Got all the time in the world to food prep/make fresh meals and workout til I pass out. Strength has stayed steady at a much lighter body weight this summer. .. cardio has gotten damn good for a heavyweight.
I’m trying to be here for both a LONG time and a good time. Took some humility to let go of trying to be the biggest guy in the gym for a while. Needed to detach from that mindset. That said tho.
