I'll never understand people getting swole off 3 sets of 8 reps :dahell:
Reading some workout routines and they're saying bench press, 3 sets of 6. How do you even get a pump from that? :dahell:

German volume training tho :banderas:
Best results I've ever seen. But I've taken a 4 month break, and I've lost everything :mjcry:
Dont chase a pump, chase progress

Better to put 30lb on your 3x5 press than be doing the same GVT volume over the same period of time. When you are talking 100+ reps in a workout it's gonna be hard AF to make progress

Its good to vary rep ranges though.... for legs for example I do 3x5 squats one day and then 3x10 later in the week. Works for me

God bless your legs.

thanks breh :salute:

i tend to tempo and pause my squats at the bottom naturally. it's obviously much harder that way with heavier weight but for some reason my technique and positioning tends to be better that way.

Hmmmm I’ve evolved to the same point. I’ve given up on high reps for better depth/quality reps.

Starting to see definition in my body I never had before. Started taking in more calories then I was when I posted on here a month or so back too. Up about 5 pounds, but I have a feeling a lot of it is from maybe muscle gain/water weight. Also, the sauna is amazing post work out for about 10-15 minutes :wow:

Did the stair climber for first time in a long time yesterday, shyts no joke, gonna give it another go later today

I wish my soccer leagues were spaced out during the week.

I have a Wed game, Thu game, Sat and Sun game. All clumped up at the end of the week.

I've been dropping weight much more steadily now. Been mainly playing soccer. Haven't been lifting as much because of work and such.

I have a good muscular frame so idk if I just want to keep doing cardio then when I get closer my goal weight I can pick up the weights :jbhmm:

Nah, I should still lift man. Just be tight about my diet.

Thing about lifting is when I see increases on the scale even though it's probably just a temporary pump. Thing can be mad annoying though :beli:
