did my physical today and got my results back..outside of being slightly anemic (slightly out of range on 2 specific markers related to it possible its hereditary)..im in great health..118/80 blood pressure...2019 it doesnt stop...will need to see what i need to do to correct that anemia :patrice:

Just wondering, how did squats and deadlifts get the reputation of being cac exercises?

I'm laughin harder than I should at this. :mjlol::mjlol:

I never see a person do a deadlift when I was in the gym

They're not allowed in most gyms.

The gyms that do allow it are usually on your ass for the slightest bang because the few slapdikks who dropped +400 lbs on concrete from waist-height fukked it up for everybody.

Whats left are specialized gyms or the random gym that has rubber plates and/or deadlift platform.
