Thought my hammy was good to go but I still need it to heal.
Was playing soccer this morning, had a ball played to me in space that I sprinted for. Once I accelerated for the ball I felt the left hammy act up.
I moved to defensive midfield which required less sprints from me.
Still glad I got a game. I pulled like 80 hours last week. Just needed to exercise and rest.
Now that year end stuff is done I should be able to resume my gym schedule.
