Anything special for calfs other than raises?
I raised mine out
No, I just do seated Calf Raises, I go heavy and slow, mind and muscle connection, I unrack the weight and get a great stretch, I go slow and feel the Muscle after 12 reps, I rack the Weight and do more reps, half reps for a blood pumping pump like 20 reps, four sets of each.

My calves started growing

im still doing 30 day water thing except for fruit smoothies for a meal either dinner or breakfast had to take a few days off f'n pull ups strained my back couldn't extend my arms
im back st it today though

I can’t even workout at all now without mutilple women hovering around me :ld:

I’m starting to kinda get a little of what pretty girls go through

It’s very annoying to have women I find unattractive try to talk to me or hovering around me trying to get my attention


At least as a man I always control the outcome but bringing sexy back ain’t easy :whew:

So you are doing workout on a water fast?
hell no but some days I intermittent fast,I'm only drinking water actually slowly going away from meat
fruit smoothie for breakfast
met-rx lunch
decent dinner
my schedule changed at the prison so I workout afternoons now
