Since I started going to the gym it looks like I got my first (minor) injury :mjcry:


My left knee is sore since Monday so I haven't been to the gym this week, used the Power Twister on Tuesday for strength training so I'm good on that front, it's just the cardio I'm missing out on.


Tommorow I'm gonna try to ride the stationary bike at the gym, since running on the treadmill is too risky with a sore knee. If I all goes well I'll ride for a half hour at level 5, never went that long on level 5 but I like to burn a lot of calories in my gym sessions (I'm still a little fat)
ice, compress, elevate and start taking joint supplements - glucosamine, msm, etc. once i started taking joint supplements, my joints (knees, ankles, wrists) felt a lot better on average.

Damn...thats some real shyt.
I need to step my game up.
I only do that much because I'm cutting but I'm addicted to eating almonds and walnuts with my post workout protein shake. I eat about 400 calories worth of them shyts a day so I have to burn it off. Once I stop eating them shyts I'll do less cardio.

I was my finishing up my leg workout for the day and some skinny nerdy looking mexican chick on the other machine next to me, asked me am I using this machine right. I told her "yeah your doing it right" and told her some other shyt.

Then she was like, will this help me get a bigger butt. I tried my hardest to not laugh and kept a straight face, but that shyt was funny bro, because she was dead ass serious.
