Lifting while losing weight can be mentally perplexing. You're getting smaller while preserving/trying to preserve muscle and frame. I'm feeling my clothes fitting looser and seeing the number on the scale drop, but the muscle definition aint there.
Anyway, I'm heading in the right direction.
What I would give to be back in college where I was walking about 4 miles a day just going in between classes, the dining halls, libraries and buildings. Now that I'm working a corporate position I realize how underrated walking is at fending off extra pounds and giving you a little more leeway in your diet
