1st day back in over a week :whew:
been at sort training,clearing houses,etc. we got smoked constantly doing the fukking millenials:damn:
1000 push ups 1000 squats 1000 sit ups
then constant running plus every exercise was done in cadence,ie, 1 2 3 ONE 1 2 3 TWO:to:

not gone lie i used Smith machine today:manny:

Lifting while losing weight can be mentally perplexing. You're getting smaller while preserving/trying to preserve muscle and frame. I'm feeling my clothes fitting looser and seeing the number on the scale drop, but the muscle definition aint there.

Anyway, I'm heading in the right direction.

What I would give to be back in college where I was walking about 4 miles a day just going in between classes, the dining halls, libraries and buildings. Now that I'm working a corporate position I realize how underrated walking is at fending off extra pounds and giving you a little more leeway in your diet :snoop:

Walking is the #1 reason I'll never be fat :mjlit: shyt is underrated

Next day hasn’t been so bad, quads and glutes are super tight but not painful.

Had an old friend/coworker run GVT when he was prepping for firefighter training. We did part-time outdoor labor back then. The amount of agony he'd be in. :dead:

I always wanted to do full GVT but mayne I aint built for it. I do a variation with not as many reps sometimes. I tried GVT for a week and was like
