Nothing worse than when you see the next piece of equipment that you plan on working on with available but you want to do one extra set and some cocksucker gets on it and takes all day to finish.
Oh I can make it worse:

  • It's a squat rack
  • They are using it for curls or upright rows with weight that the gym has separate curls bars for

It's the stocky nikkas who can't go at least parallel that grinds my gears...extra bodyfat for no reason.:hhh:

2 days in a row I attempted a different PR and failed. Attempted 315 on the bench yesterday and failed. Attempted 405 squat today and failed. Trying to do this 1000 lb event at the end if the month. I got it but some of the weights up there are crazy. Thank God it's not by weight class division :laugh:
