I mean, they’re cutting 10-15 pounds of water weight and have a low body fat percentage. Being 170 at 6 foot (with a low bodyfat) is actually a decent size. That’s equivalent to being like 215 at 25% bodyfat.

Yeah. Not saying it's not a decent size just saying that at that height or any height really you'd have a natural minimum weight range.

Dude weighed in at 6'0 154 :dahell: I know thatst his cut weight and he not that all the time except for weigh in but im like how is that even possible at that height at any time? I'm a midget and couldnt even make that weight if i tried :merchant:

I repeat, I'm jealous of people who can eat whatever they want. I basically have to calculate everything I eat. I was at a party yesterday and seen people eating multiple plates with no care in the world. They was all mostly all overweight tho so I can take solace in that but still.

I had a trainer who told me that bs, granted he was lean and cut like a mofo but I said Bruh, I already halfway think like that where you think I need your help? :francis::mjlol:

This weather is not conducive to getting back in shape. But I want to start my three part workout for biking, swimming and running with the goal of a mini-triathlon by next Spring.

I also want to find a squash league/partner. Tennis takes up too much space and I’m better at the former anyway, nearly joined a league for it though. One thing at a time.

I picked up power block dumbbells on some 'fukk it' purchase, but damn these are ridiculous for at home workouts.

Went 25 minutes, sweating like a mothafukka, all ripped up looking like a prime Marvin Hagler :mjlit::dame:

Even with cardio, you feel that way? I feel invincible as long as I access to treadmill or track field.


Buy a bike. Ride it for recreation or ride it to work. I burn away at least one meal worth of calories with my cardio. It gets even easier in the summer cuz I go to pool multiple times a week

Buy a bike. Ride it for recreation or ride it to work. I burn away at least one meal worth of calories with my cardio. It gets even easier in the summer cuz I go to pool multiple times a week
I do 55 minutes of cardio five days a week breh. And that's after like an hour and a half of lifting. I still can't eat what I want without gaining weight. I'm fighting genetics.

He definitely was trying to intimidate you. I would've laughed at his ass. Air don't fight back.

Finally getting back into the grove of things after being challenged to a weight loss bet.

2 weeks of working out and eating a lil better and Im down to 244 from 253.

Feeling good besides and bum shoulder and an on again, off again knee.

Hit 365 on my 2nd day of Deadlifts after taking a year off. Trying to hit 400 by the end of this month. Was in the 480 range round this time last year, before I stopped going.

I really need to get my diet back in check tho if I want to win. 1 of the dudes in the challenge being going Keto since the day we started.
