I learned this lesson the hard way breh..for years especially after my son was born a couple years ago my sleep was non existent Im talking 5-6 hours, shyt fukked me up all the way in the gym.
the difference between 6 hours of sleep and 7-8 hours is unbelievable. Way fresher, way more active, feel youthful, and much more noticeable muscle growth.
I already have a schedule my cutoff sleep time is 10pm (i done missed all the playoff games at 10:30pmET this year

) and wakeup time is 5:30am..7.5 hours sleep.
I workout first thing in the morning, and by 4pm already 4 meals. Long story short it changes your life. It's tough at first to adjust to but once you're in a rhythm its a wrap.
