What if you don't wanna cut first.:damn: I feel I've lost weight over the last 4 months but I'm tryna gain some weight & lose the stomach at the same time

:shaq2: This was me yesterday did stairs for 10min. Usually I'm on the bike cuz I hate running.

I will say I felt great after those 10min. :ahh:

I'mma try and stick with the stairs or force myself to run
if youve been out of the gym for a bit you can def recomp, lose that gut, and gain a little size.

Im just finishing up doing that.
I had stopped working out for a few months because of a breakup (had to find a place to live) and ended up losing a few pounds (but I still had a stomach.

Anyway...I said fuk it and went on a cut to lose that gut.
Im about as strong as ive ever been, and a few pounds away from having a six pack.
Im pretty thin at 6'1 176...but I look good.

DL 405 / Squat 225+ (I dont max on squat).

Cant wait to bulk though...counting calories has been a game changer for me.
The weight has just fallen off.

No workout this am, I’m breaking out in hives and need to figure out from what :bryan:

Just woke up itching like crazy, I hope I didn’t brush up on poison ivy or discover a new allergy :(
