Just started back updating MyFitnessPal food logs for calories and breakdowns of carbs fat sodium and sugars, pro tip: if you scan the package it copies everything right off there so you don’t have to guess!


Also going for my first swim this evening.

I'm think maybe I should just go hard these next two weeks while slowing down the cals (3100 to 2500) and then go on vacation, after start a new routine and begin a serious cut. :patrice:

i got fkn time capped at 99 cals on rower :damn::damn::damn:

Man I couldn’t even really stay on the stair master yesterday after leg day :damn:.


2 mins and I had to get down I was sweating so hard . My legs were burning :mjcry:.


Had to get on the treadmill and just walk really fast :mjlol:.

But I think you gotta play the mind game with it...

You gotta just cut as much as you can, then bulk up and then cut again...

I believe it's easier for it to come off when you got some muscle...
What if you don't wanna cut first.:damn: I feel I've lost weight over the last 4 months but I'm tryna gain some weight & lose the stomach at the same time

I think as time goes on, if you already lack muscle, there is gonna be nothing left for your body to cut on...

Breh, I was cutting heavy and it was still there:francis:

So I figured let me bulk up for a bit and cut..

I bulked for four months and I'm gonna see how it looks by the end of June after i finished a month of cutting..
