You gotta just cut as much as you can, then bulk up and then cut again...
I believe it's easier for it to come off when you got some muscle...
I feel I've lost weight over the last 4 months but I'm tryna gain some weight & lose the stomach at the same timeMan I couldn’t even really stay on the stair master yesterday after leg day.
2 mins and I had to get down I was sweating so hard . My legs were burning.
Had to get on the treadmill and just walk really fast.
This was me yesterday did stairs for 10min. Usually I'm on the bike cuz I hate running.

You can get leaner or add size that gives you the appearance of a smaller waist/stomach. Trying to lose a beer belly as a general term and gain size is a tough haul.It’s possible to gain weight and lose stomach?![]()
