Bro, we got absolutely handled, but we still should have won. It was an odd game. First 15 mins of each half we had like 4 chances a piece (I had 3 clear chances the entire game and buried none :snoop:). Finish off 1 in every 3 and we got like 3 goals.

Final score was 3-2 (was 3-0 at one point though). Their ball movement and fitness did us in. Straight up had us gassed, we were chasing shadows. Gotta get our cardio up.

Anyway, first L of the season. We'll likely see them again in the playoffs.

Avocado
Bread crumbs ( I know but they only 30 cal and I use just a couple ).
Plum tomatoe ( I cut up one )
Panera bread balsamic dressing ( little more than a table spoon not by much )

I eat all the time and I love it .

Twice a week I’ll throw a hand full a chicken and I’m cool .

Surprisingly this shyt keeps me full .

But I think you gotta play the mind game with it...

You gotta just cut as much as you can, then bulk up and then cut again...

I believe it's easier for it to come off when you got some muscle...
