I could not catch a break today on equipment:

  1. People doing circuits with the trap bar
  2. People doing Deads just outside the rack. We gotta dedicated platform and you aren’t doing the same 135 you’ve been doing for over a year bro
  3. Double sets of military Press with 65#

Had a dream I was walking through a grassy hilly neighborhood. I look over to the left and what do my eyes behold...a krispy kreme. I pause and say "is the hot light on i cant tell." I maneuver around to get a better view and hot damn the light on :blessed: so i ran to the KK get there and the line was 50 deep beyond the door :martin: they had a table of free pastries out there so i grabbed one and continued running :francis:
I had a dream that a Sandwich was trying to eat me :whew:

Man I'm really preferring doing barbell bench with pins now. Forces me to not bounce the weight, doesn't really have my shoulders too far back and I still feel it in my pecs.:ehh:


Did some of the snatch grip complexes and I'm digging the feeling in my traps.

i ate and drank too good at my alumni cookout this past saturday...my cardio routine had some struggle to it yesterday..def gotta fast some more for the week..but then memorial day weekend is coming up :to:..why does summer wreak havoc on my eating and cutting?

This summer's gonna be tough man, my boys already planning all these trips and social events. I'm bushing weights for the entire summer to focus on straight cardio. Getting some new shoes and a knee sleeve this week. Getting back to morning runs. Jogging and soccer until Labour day :yeshrug:. Toss in occasional cycling on the weekends as well.

Most I'll do for strength training is body weight exercises.

Gotta bring it back to square one.

Finally starting at a new gym on Tuesday. Just got the confirmation this past Monday that the office is moving so I'll be near that location. So I gotta leave the old one unless I go there on weekends or before work which I doubt and makes no sense to waste gas. I'll miss going there consistently tho. Lets see how the new gym is. Hopefully it's more organized cuz the old one they were slacking lately with weights all over the place.. Maybe it's because I was going at night. Leaving on vacation tomorrow so gotta come back ready to attack for the summer.
