I know breh. Lingering injuries are compounding

My left knee has been tweaking for a bit. I made it worse last weekend by jumping for a header and landing akwardly. I honestly should have given it a rest but we had our semi-finals and finals last Wednesday. I had to show up for my team and play through the pain. Bad idea. Woke up Thursday morning with my knee hollering. Went out last night, tripped and banged my left knee on some railing
Got a lower back issue, though it's clearing/cleared up from when I slipped a disc playing soccer a few years back in college. I still remember that day like it was yesterday. I had to walk back to my dorm room like the hunchback of Notre Dame

Pulled my hammy back in winter playing soccer again. Went in for a full sprint and just felt the pull. Didn't help that I barely warmed up and we were playing in below freezing temperatures.
I love this game but it's killing me
