Well that’s possible the problem. High rep deadlifts are no bueno. It’s a great lift but it’s complicated and most people just do them without studying the movement. It’s actually safer than bench and squats arguably.Yea I’m throwing them in bushes forever now. This the second time. The first time was like 4 years ago. shyt ain’t even worth it.
All it takes is one lapse in focus and you fukked. You can’t say that about any other workout. Deadlifts got the smallest room for error.

Personally I would never suggest anything over 5 reps. It doesn’t make sense IMO.I was doing 4X10 if 315...
When I do 5 reps or 3 when heavy I make sure to reset everytime but that day I foolishly started repping them out without resetting

Hit 405 on Deadlifts this morning, so Im back in the 400 club.
Right now my Big 3 is:
DL : 385 (405)
BP: 245
SQ: 225 (245)
Around this time last year my big 3 was around this:
DL :485
BP :295
SQ :385
Plus a 185 Front SQ and a 225+ OHP
Cutting real heavy right now, so my strength gains will prolly be limited, but Imma see what I can do.
