Just got back, feeling pretty good.

2 New Max Lifts.

255 Bench
275 Squat

Pretty sure I can get closer to 300 on the Squat right now, but my knee was feeling funny tonight.

To go along with a 405 Deadlift, That brings my Big 3 up to 935.

I think Ill be back in the 1000 club by this time next month, if not earlier.

Damn near took the barbell out of everything... only BB move I still do is incline bench, pretty much everything else is machines. Load is load. I want to learn how to weld and make a real simple home HS solution... might fukk around and become a millionaire :krs:

TLR seems like it got better but there's still a lot of bullshyt.... had to take time off and get away from those weirdos

First game of the summer season went terribly wrong early.
Slipped 2 people through clean on goal right in stride, on the ground, and they fluffed the chances. Other team goes up 1-0 and then 2-0. I get 2 breaks clean through and my teammates send me some wack, panicked knee high passes fired out of a rocket to try to control and shoot w/ a goalie rushing out. I get a third break and this mf shanks the pass 5 yards behind me. Other team goes up 3-0. Good night 20 mins in. Ended up losing 4-0.

Even the other team goalie was like "damn I bet you wish you could pass to yourself cause they're sending you some garbage" :umad:

I'm glad we'll have our full team back next week cause it's hard trying to create the chances, score the chances, and have to come deep and pick the ball up to drive us forward. I started seeing stars I was so tired.

Missed my first Saturday soccer game for the first time in many many months. I got dudes hitting my line asking if I'm still alive.

Today was rough for a breh....


Idk if it was because I work out on empty stomach or what. I been doing that the last 2 weeks and Ive been good. I usually make my way up to 345x5 on bench no problem. I could only get 3 reps of 315 today and it was all struggle. I figured I didn’t warm up long enough so I took 5 minutes to do some dynamic stretching...was still trash. I almost had to call for a spot but that adrenaline kicked in:whew:. All my other lifts was trash too. I thought it was all mental but I had to dig deep to finish this one.


Hopefully tomorrow be better but today was weird, I never seen that much of a drop off from one week to another.
