Today was rough for a breh....


Idk if it was because I work out on empty stomach or what. I been doing that the last 2 weeks and Ive been good. I usually make my way up to 345x5 on bench no problem. I could only get 3 reps of 315 today and it was all struggle. I figured I didn’t warm up long enough so I took 5 minutes to do some dynamic stretching...was still trash. I almost had to call for a spot but that adrenaline kicked in:whew:. All my other lifts was trash too. I thought it was all mental but I had to dig deep to finish this one.


Hopefully tomorrow be better but today was weird, I never seen that much of a drop off from one week to another.

Damn near took the barbell out of everything... only BB move I still do is incline bench, pretty much everything else is machines. Load is load. I want to learn how to weld and make a real simple home HS solution... might fukk around and become a millionaire :krs:

TLR seems like it got better but there's still a lot of bullshyt.... had to take time off and get away from those weirdos

But they forced my hand with that damn lockout :what: We bikee

I'm going back to c4 as far as pre workout this other shyt from Wal-Mart is :camby:

But on the other hand I been going in the morning before work,no phone,no music:lawd::win:
I'm seeing better results

My early morning workouts are fasted workouts I feel better doing em that way

I only been doing it about 2 weeks and some change...I used to just eat an energy gel it has bcaas, carbs, and caffeine. It was only a 100 cals.
I just cut that out. I’m doing IF and eating after the gym makes better sense for my eating /fasting period.

I think I got the idea from some of y’all in this thread :blessed:

BREHHHHHH, I'm not cutting now..but I promise you I will rock a six pack in 8 weeks. That 30 minute workout is amazing!

Plus I get to take my aggression out on some heavy bags. My hand speed was surprising. Truly enjoyable :wow:

4 days weights, 2 days boxing. :blessed:

You gotta make sure your last meal the night before is on point. Why did you cut the energy gel?
