Don't workout the same body part in consecutive days. Skip a day to allow it to rest so don't do any workouts that would work that same body part.

So if you worked biceps yesterday I'd say do chest or core/legs today.

Back up to 60lbs on dumb bell press but that first set was a struggle !!!!!!


I only got them up 3 times :mjcry:.

Adjusted myself and did 6 to 8 for the rest of my sets .

Shoulder press I try to hit the 45 :no: go .

Went down to 40 and got some good reps .

I’m doing PHAT but I throw in super sets at the end .

My super set had me sweating like shyt !!!
