Energy definitely not at 100% but still got enough to bust out some squats and arms. Making progress towards my goal weight and even survived this post weekends trip where my eating and exercising wasn't what it should be on normal days. Hopefully by Sunday I can be under 190 for the first time in a while. Gotta measure myself sometime this weekend also since its been a month already.

Definitely not built for the jogging, never have, never will. My boy invited me to go out with him and even if I wouldn't have done squats earlier, I still would've been in bad shape. Never been much of a runner and that's even when I was thinner.

2/2 so far. Back day is my favorite even though Chest day is more straightforward and requires less set up. Picked up the intensity today as well.

Taking tomorrow off to do some personal stuff after work. The goal was to go 4 for 5 at the gym this week and get in at least 1 long ride over the weekend.

This weekend is meant to hit 100 degrees or so, but it's possibly going to feel like 105 possibly even 110. I couldn't imagine a better day to go for a long bike ride. Hopefully I can get in 30+ miles on Saturday and like 10 on Sunday.

Yall ever just burn tf out from working out? I went from working out 4-6 times a week to now just 2-3 times and never solo anymore. Just don't have the motivation.

When I started working out I quickly realized that most ppl be on something. The average person can’t get gains like that. I’ve always wondered how athletes get in shape in a month looks wise but it takes common folks the whole damn year.

Yeah man celebs and athletes are on that shyt + personally tailored diets/workouts, chefs and all the free time in the world.
They better be more swole than my day-job having, work out an hour 4-6 times a week, have to cook my own food ass :childplease:

Nope

I work full time, 1 kid to look after, cook, clean etc etc and still hit the gym 6 days a week for 2 hours at night.

How bad do you want it is the question.
