Yall ever just burn tf out from working out? I went from working out 4-6 times a week to now just 2-3 times and never solo anymore. Just don't have the motivation.



Yeah man celebs and athletes are on that shyt + personally tailored diets/workouts, chefs and all the free time in the world.
They better be more swole than my day-job having, work out an hour 4-6 times a week, have to cook my own food ass :childplease:

Set a new goal and build a program around it.....

2 brehs approached me and asked if I wanted to bench press with them, I said yes.......
These nikkas had me doing 100 reps on decline bench alone (20x5) :mjtf:
Ended up doing about 175 reps in total on bench press alone :mjtf:

So I invited them to join me do barbell rows and deadlifts :demonic:

I dont expect to see them tomorrow :demonic:

Up at 515 3 min rounds of jump rope ran a mile then punished arms
I was Soo exhausted/point of failure that I just sat on tricep press machine just trying gather myself for the showers

These are my favourite workouts. Where I’m so gassed and exhausted that I can barely stand. I know I gave it 100%.

So as some know I work out fasted in the morning...I'm late to the game but take like half a teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt or sea salt and either scoop it into your mouth or put it in your workout drink that shyt will help your pump and help to increase your workout efficiency...If you have issues with sodium take even less but that some more stuff that works.

So now I've figured baking soda, himilyan salt, creatine are extremely useful...

The owner of my gym is some kinda evil genius master programmer. He gets hired to program for other gyms and programs for remote athletes training for the games etc. His wods always wreck me. There is a method to his madness but he knows which movements to combine in which sequences and which times intervals. He understands training like no one else I've ever encountered.

I had that same brand sent to me back in 2012 and I was the most ripped ever :wow:
I wanna do the EC stack again but I live in the states and I don't feel like going to buy Bronkaid and showing my ID :francis: Might have to just bite the bullet and lose this last 10 or so pounds and look shredded like I want before Labor Day.

Yeah they cut that out here in the states. All the Canadian sites only ship within their country now, I was pissed :francis:
