Shieeeet a cheat meal once a week won't hurt.
Had a 5pc Popeyes meal with 2 sides of red beans and rice. Washed it down with 3 tall boys of 211 Sunday night.
Ran 3 miles the next morning.

Those miles are mandatory after a cheat. I don't see how people can eat shytty and not want to burn that shyt off unless they're purposely bulking.Shieeeet a cheat meal once a week won't hurt.

Man I have been waking up at night with my heart thumping. But yesterday I didn't drink coffee and slept fine. Might have to put caffeine back to "in case of emergency" status again

I have NOT been as disciplined eating wise. Lost a few pounds from where I was.


True, once I mess up my diet I don’t feel as heavy. I still have my strength but it’s like a defacto cut.Breh, some nikkas need to be disciplined so they don't eat too much, some of us need discipline in order to eat enough to grow
