Finally got around to getting some new gym shoes last week. Some nike metcon joints. The free runs i had were already worn out to the point that it was no thread. catch my ass walking in after all this rain and damn near slipping all over the place. so atleast I feel safer now. plus they have better grip too now for doing shyt like deads and squats.

@Da_Eggman I think some guy I know said he saw you at the gym. Looked just like you and he said a local city so figured it was you. Said you had a whole camera crew out there damn near. :mjgrin:

Oh that’s my homie he was trying to hit the gym too but hadn’t heard from him in a minute
man i took that fool to the gym like 2 years ago for like a month and he damn near died in there. he be doing the running thing at miramar park now and I'm definitely not built for that. yeah we don't hang out too often now but I'm like part of his family.

That calf burn after a good jump rope session. :to: Did heavy squats too so I may or may not be able to walk tomorrow.

I swear the energy you get from Animal Cuts is ridiculous. Between that and creatine, got me feeling like a super saiyan in a calorie deficit :wow:

Didn't do a good job of watching my food intake for the better part of the last 2 weeks.

Stomach stayed about the same, but def got some upper body gains.

Going back on Keto next week. I just way WAY stronger on Keto right now.

Last 2 days in the gym were pretty good. Thurs was was upper body with heavy focus on chest n shoulders with high rep back work and Tris. This morning was lower body. I also hit my back with some more high rep back work and Bi's.

I do a lot of Pushing Movements and Tri work and been neglecting Bi's. shyts looking real small sitting next to my Tris. Gonna do some level of Biceps work everyday for the next 30 days and post the results.

Also, got back on that dip bar Thursday, felt good, w/ no pain in my shoulder.

Anyone have any experience with creatine while on a cut?

Seen a bunch of YouTube videos by ppl saying it's all good, but wanted to see in anyone here has done it and what their experience was
