Didn't do a good job of watching my food intake for the better part of the last 2 weeks.
Stomach stayed about the same, but def got some upper body gains.
Going back on Keto next week. I just way WAY stronger on Keto right now.
Last 2 days in the gym were pretty good. Thurs was was upper body with heavy focus on chest n shoulders with high rep back work and Tris. This morning was lower body. I also hit my back with some more high rep back work and Bi's.
I do a lot of Pushing Movements and Tri work and been neglecting Bi's. shyts looking real small sitting next to my Tris. Gonna do some level of Biceps work everyday for the next 30 days and post the results.
Also, got back on that dip bar Thursday, felt good, w/ no pain in my shoulder.
