2 things that piss me off at the gym lately.

1. Dudes using the restroom and walking straight out that bytch without washing their hands. That shyt straight up makes me :demonic::mindblown::wtf::dahell: it takes all the restraint in me to not check dudes on that shyt because if they respond the wrong way I'm taking flight and I'll be banned from my Shangri-La


2. People doing more than five sets on one machine/station and there's no other stations vacant. Like come on...if you know it's only one decline station why would you be on that shyt for 20 minutes? It should be a time limit on some equipment.

Gave up squatting after a back injury. Don't feel comfortable doing that shyt no more :manny: I know that's the #1 coli favorite workout tho so I expect to be scolded for not doing it. Fwiw I do hack squats on leg day and the weight I rep with is 450 lbs.

Yeah I’m thinking the same lol. After I posted that, my BF% went down, yet my strength has remained the same if not increased. :jbhmm:

Just gonna keep sticking with what I’m doing and keep my nutrition straight. Cutting out gluten was the best decision I made in years, no more “itis” :wow:

I scolded @portcityplaya for years for not taking squats seriously.

Now i smile like proud dad, when i see breh posting vids of squatting 4 plates....

Dude today was using both racks to basically slow super set back squats and military press. Probably had 95 on the squat and 100 on the press. It was late morning the place was empty and he asked someone near the racks if they needed to use them but...........

Get fukking stronger on both before you pull that shyt.

aight, not sure i'm feeling the new gym. the workouts are challenging, but mainly because of all the cardio. i'm not into all that jump/jerk style lifting that's hot in crossfit (i guess it's olympic style lifts). i'mma rock with it for the month, but i mighth have to check out this other spot, i remember their classes having more hypertrophic training and more cohesive circuits

i'm also offended the instructor doesn't remember my name...he's black, i'm the only black chick (i've seen) in his class...nikka, how you keep forgetting my name :sitdown:
