I'll drink a Monster before if I really need a boost like I'm about to fall asleep.

It's not something where I can't work out without it. I just loved that extra gassed, :damn:, feeling I'd get like I'm ready to go rip up the floorboards

I just realized how uncoordinated i really am :damn:

I was trying to jog(bounce) in place and throw some punches with some 5lbs and gotdamn that shyt was awkward. Had legs going one way all outta place and arms going foward. It was a mess. Glad i didnt have a mirror infront of me or i woulda hit myself with a :bamafdup:.

What kind of pain are you experiencing to need bpc?

Neck pain, and nerve pain in the arms and face. The face pain is the real bytch. Can’t even type at work without feeling like one of side of my face is on fire. Had an MRI of neck and they found 2mm bulges at c4/c5 and c5/c6.

I thought I had problems before:wow:. Health is wealth

I have the same issue between C3-C6 when I sleep or stay in a certain position my hand usually goes numb at first I thought it was a pinched nerve..

Been trying to lean out via calorie deficit, increased cardio and lifting heavier.



Went from 185 to 194 :unimpressed:

Starting to look more defined in legs and shoulders too :unimpressed:

I think you gain a little weight at first when you start lifting but if you stay in a deficit it’ll start dropping. I’m there right now actually.

Side Note: Friday evening is the toughest time to go to the gym. I just wanna go home but I know just doing it even when you fon’t want to, is how you start building up the habit of being consistent.

What’s the size of the herniation? Funny enough I can’t sleep on that the side without issues. You ever used bpc 157

not really sure they say I also have some shyt S-shaped thoracic scoliosis, Cervical spondylosis, and degenerative disc disease this is all from the x-ray...I have an appoint with the physical therapist on Monday and Neurology on Thursday. So I'm at the beginning of the process.

But I wake up multiple times with my hands numb as hell to the point they tingle and hurt until the blood gets back. That's why I'm thinking about BPC the place I get my TRT has that also.

Just got my mri report this week. Gonna get some epidurals in coming weeks. Trying to get a second opinion tho cuz my face pain is largely unexplained.

Stay strong breh cuz this shyt is mad distressing
