As someone with a big neck and traps I'll be 100...it's drugs...

But if you have the discipline it's alot of heavy deadlifts, overhead pressing, and weighted carries.

The traps have more androgen receptors so when you are on cycle they increase size...damn near one of the signs of gear usage is well developed traps due to the amount of androgen receptors.

Mike Rashid is not natural I'm not even sure if he says he is same as Simeon Panda KALI muscle and damn near any person on youtube fitness to include athlean X.
You think athleanx on the juice ?? I’ve seen a lot of his older videos and he basically looks the same with the same leanness for years now

Simeon def on the juice.

There’s been a few videos posted over the last few months for traps and I’ve personally incorporated kettle ball swings and seen some growth in that area
Is the rock natural?:lupe: If not when did he start using?:mjcry:i like his build back in 1998-2002

Thats not the main factor...Hes at an age where he won't really increase as much wnd he wants to maintain that lean look...He has no reason not to utilize TRT at this point and low dosage 2IU HGH at this point...However as long as he is selling a product (workout programs) it isn't beneficial tor him to come out and say it.

Once you start seeing gains its hard to stop...I'm not saying you need to take bodybuilder dosages but maybe even TRT...If you find the right doctor you can get Testosterone, HGH, Deca, HGH, Winstrol, and a few other anabolics legally prescribed from a doctor and some insurance companies will cover it.

So if you made 6+ figures via youtube and could basically afford a doctor would you not use?

Can you tell me another dude with similar traps and neck to Rashid that’s natural?


Is the other dude in the video on steroids too?


And then here’s another ignorant question? Would it be aight to use steroids to get to that but then stop using them once you achieve it, and just sustain that build naturally or will that build just go away without the substance abuse even if you continue to grind hard in the gym 4 times a week

Is it genetic or can that built/trained.? How does rabid get his shoulder/muscles around the neck so broad/wide? That’s the type of build I want? I ain’t goin front, rashes might be not be natty as y’all say, but his build is more impressive than most the body builders I see. I need my shoulders like that:francis:.


How many of you have the shoulders like rashid and how long it take to get to that point?

I don't even look a lot of these big youtube and IG fitness folks for anything other than entertainment, thottery :takedat:, and exercise ideas

Circuit class yesterday wasn't too bad, didn't go crazy hard since I've started back the routine last weekend.

This calorie cut is going aight, starting to notice a little bit more leanness in the am, going to be hard to keep this cals low enough:mjcry::sadcam:


Def going to have to keep my hydration up now that I'm not eating as much.

Been curious and checking out my lifts on Strength Level - Weightlifting Calculator (Bench/Squat/Deadlift); Can't lie, some of my numbers they have be having me like :mjtf:

Got totally exhausted at the gym for the first time today in years. Started off on the chest press machine with 4 sets of 10, then did the same at incline bench press with dumbells, then got on decline press for 4 sets of 10.

After that I ran 5 games of full court basketball then did the second half of my chest and shoulder workout and finished with 35 minutes on the treadmill. I'm :deadmanny: status right now. Doing dips and pec flys immediately after hooping is :noah:then shoulder presses and raises :dead:

Nothing feels better than when you workout till you're absolutely knackered :ohlawd:

My knee has eased up. Still going to the doc next week for a formal check up.

Back Day is my favourite even though Chest day is more straightforward.

Weather for this and next week: Mostly sunny with mid-high 70s, low humidity and a light breeze. Great soccer weather. I’ll be back at the pitch on Saturday and I should get back to playing twice a week starting next week.
