I was getting sick of going to the gym at 10:00-11:00 at night, so this week I've been getting up at 5:00 to go in the morning. I always preferred morning training, but I felt I had objectively better sessions at night.

I've also been wary of training fasted, but because I didn't want to blow through a third of my daily calories by 9:00 am I've just had my morning coffee, threw some bcaa samples from the olympia in my water bottle and went. So far it's been working pretty well.

I was really scared about today because it's leg day and I've had problems training legs fasted first thing in the morning, but I made sure to eat a bunch of carbs last night. Had two big plates of spaghetti and three of those Lenny and Larry's cookies, plus two glasses of milk. It's actually been one of the best leg days I've had in a while. :ehh::lift:

If you get your meals right the night before it's not really training fasted

what kind of back injury?
One that occurs when you tweak it playing basketball and then you try to go squat heavy at the gym to compete with dudes lifting heavy shyt and you end up fukking your shyt up more causing you to have terrible thoughts everytime you think about having hundreds of pounds on the back of your neck.

Selective Androgen Modulators....They have an anabolic effect and can help improve gains....Kind of a safer alternative to Pro Hormones. Some SARMS I liked were Ostarine (MK 26 something), Rad-140, LGD 4033.

But out of all of them the only things I mess with real hard are Cardarine (GW 501506) increases cardio big time...And MK 677 increases IGF like HGH and is a lot cheaper. But it will make you hungry as hell.

Pay attention to where you purchase your SARMS some of these spots are bunk.

Jesus these dudes at Mr. Olympia makes you realize that it's levels to this shyt...This breh Patrick Moore didn't even finish in the top 5 and another breh Brandon Curry won the competition...The discipline, training, nutrition, drugs, and genetics it takes to get to that point makes you feel like you are wasting your time.

Dude is gonna be a problem. Only been pro 3 years and placed 10th in his first Olympia. He coming from a boxing background so his legs have to be brought up, but they growing fast. I'm interested in watching his ascension.

Life can be such a troll sometimes. I get in the best soccer shape since I started back playing last year. And on the first shot of the first game of fall season I strain my back :why:

Played through it after a few mins cause it hurt less than sitting around on the bench and letting it tighten up. But it looks like its just yoga and bike until the game next Thursday

Say it ain't so breh, please tell me you good :mjcry:

I've been there too man. Was cooking it on the field, took shot and tweaked my lower back. I was done immediately.

I'm just getting off this knee injury and the worse thing that could happen now is to get re-injured :sadcam:

I do need to look into some sort of intense stretching, I just don't know where to start to be honest. DC has a lot of good yoga spots but people be on that :mjpls:when they say a big black African dude walk through.

Them: "Hi! Can I help you? Where you looking for a good place to lift?. There's a Gold's Gym around the block" :mjpls:

Me: "Nah, I came for yoga. I heard it's good for loosening the muscles"

Them: "Oh sorry, our classes are full this current session, but we are having an open house on October 33rd if you're interested in checking out our facilities"

Me: The 33rd you say...:mjpls:

I think I'm good. Its the small movements, like cuts or twisting to bring a ball down where I really feel it. So I was playing basic kick and run ball for the most part but I was still effective just off pace alone. Gonna be a lot of R&R for the next few days.

That's wild that in DC the yoga classes are on that :mjpls:
I figured it'd be like that in NC but I end up having to back a bunch of em off like :whoa:

anybody get wrists that get irritated/"weak wrists". this is really starting to become a worse and worse problem for me. too many exercises rely on a flexed wrist for me to be having this part of the body be the weak link :sadcam:

if a workout has burpees, pushups, planks, and mountain climbers, even glute work like fire hydrants, my wrists are done. and i cant do front squats at all because my wrists (for some reason i can't get that shyt at the right place on my chest to not hurt it/collar bone either)
