I just weighed out some frozen french fries.

LITERALLY 4 FRIES was one serving!?

That shyt threw me way off...ive been eating like 4 or 5 servings each go round :picard:

Just walked out of PF Changs feeling like a failure about 20 minutes ago. Time for chocolate cake for dessert. Annual New Year cheat meal but I'm feeling like a :snoop: I'm killing the gym tomorrow tho. I earned this shyt :ahh:
theres something about chain Chinese food.

I had the exact same meal like a week ago :mjlol:

i'm definitely more of a barbell guy but sometimes it feels good to just put in some raw endurance work :wow:

A) 3 Rounds @ Max Effort (60 sec rest btwn rounds)

20 cal bike erg
20 cal ski erg
20 cal row
20 cal assault bike

B) 3 Rounds for Max Reps (90 seconds rest between AMRAPs)

7 Minute AMRAP:
100 ft Walking Lunge
25 Burpees

Off to a great start-spun despite my cold and chest pain, going again today and tomorrow. I won’t be able to swim until hopefully Monday when this congestion clears. I also started logging everything I eat.

I will def be quitting cigs by the end of this month so looking forward to that. Happy New Year everyone!

A little over 6 miles the past two days and hard core workouts on 1. I don’t want to do any lifting but what can I add to my workouts other than running.

I been purposely going to the gym around 2-3 to avoid the after work rush.

the gym when I leave at 4:30-5 :scust:

I’m dialing up cardio this week back to 45 mins 800 calories and dropped my water weight tightening up already

Got some forearm/elbow pain but that’s what happens when you train hard :manny:
