What type of fukkery insues at your gym to where people are stealing weight clamps?:dwillhuh:

It's literally across the street from where Nipsey was murdered (RIP)

They let u borrow clamps if u give up keys or I.D. so I guess ppl giving up I.D.s and keeping clamps

There's another location of same gym around 7 miles away where it's like 90% Hispanic and that doesn't happen there, u dont even gotta borrow em:mjpls:

Been bringing in several pairs of clamps along with an assortment of other shyt. Never have to look for a pair ever.:wow:

Listen to @portcityplaya though. Never bench alone with clamps in a standard rack.:hhh:

Seen a lady other day clamp on 10 lbs or so and then proceed to almost decapitate herself. I knew it was over when the first rep of the set went up ugly. :picard:

You're not lying, not just for gains, proper sleep helps reduce so many health issues. I always forget to stop watching tv/phone/internet so my body can adjust.:snoop:

Try zombie squats or using straps as levers for the front squat...
